Our LEGO® Serious Play sessions bring teams together in ways that spreadsheets and slideshows just can’t. With nothing more than a pile of colorful bricks, we help teams unlock their creativity, spark meaningful conversations, and tackle real-world challenges head-on.
Starting with the Tower Challenge
We kick things off with a warm-up: build a tower. Simple, right? Not quite. Participants turn their creations into metaphors for emotions, ideas, and challenges, laying a foundation of storytelling and trust. By the end of the exercise, what looks like child’s play actually reveals profound insights about communication and connection.
From Identity to Team Dynamics
Participants then craft personal identity models, representing their core values and strengths. Sharing these models sets the stage for collaboration, as teams combine individual ideas into a shared vision of effective teamwork. Barriers like miscommunication are transformed into opportunities, proving that building better teams starts with understanding the people within them.
The “Black Brick” Challenge
Finally, we introduce the black brick – a symbol of workplace obstacles like negativity or disrupted communication. Teams work together to analyze its impact and brainstorm creative solutions to overcome it. The exercise reinforces the power of adaptability, collaboration, and a little ingenuity.
